REFUND POLICY
If any products are damaged or missing, they will be replaced within 14 working days of receipt of your return package. It is essential that you send us photographs of the shipping box at the time of receipt of the package, along with the damaged product. The return costs will be charged to the customer.

Products that should not have been properly received must be returned to us in new condition and in their original, unused packaging, otherwise the refund cannot be made.
Refunds can only be made if the sender is correctly identified: name, surname, email, telephone, address, order number.
A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your refund is approved.

PRICE AND PAYMENT
The prices of our Products are quoted in Euros, including all taxes, but excluding processing, customs and shipping costs, the amount of which will be invoiced in addition to the price of the Products, and which will be indicated to you at the time of final validation of the order.

Blue Thunderbird makes every effort to ensure that the photographic images accurately represent the products offered for sale. The offers of Products are valid within the limits of available stocks. CONTRACT OF SALE
Contracts are concluded in French on the Blue Thunderbird website.

DELIVERY
Blue Thunderbird offers delivery for all orders over 100 euros in Belgium and France.
We commit ourselves to deliver the goods ordered on the website www.bluethunderbird.com as soon as possible after the reception of your payment. The approximate delivery time is 5 to 8 working days.
For Belgium and France, we offer delivery via La Poste or Mondial Relay. The delivery time depends on the country of shipment.
Currently, we only deliver orders with a total weight of 2kg or less.
The Products ordered will be sent to the address you have indicated during the ordering process. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by you providing an incorrect or incomplete address or for delays caused by force majeure.
We undertake to deliver the goods ordered on the website www.bluethunderbird.com as soon as possible after receipt of your payment.
For a home delivery, if the recipient is absent at the time of the passage of our provider of transport, the parcel will be deposited in a point of withdrawal near the address of delivery. In this case, the customer will be able to collect the parcel within 10 days on presentation of an identity document and the delivery notice. At the end of this period, unclaimed packages will be returned to us. We decline all responsibility for delays in delivery caused by the absence of the recipient of the parcel or his failure to collect the parcel within the time limit set for this purpose.
If we are prevented from executing the contract by force majeure or an act of God as defined by Belgian jurisprudence or by an external cause, in particular a fault attributable to you, the delivery period shall be extended by operation of law according to the duration of the impediment. We will inform you by e-mail of the occurrence and end of such impediments. If the impediment lasts for more than six weeks, either party shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract without any right to compensation on our part.
RETURNS – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If, unfortunately, some of the products in your order do not meet your expectations, only those products that are damaged or missing at the time of receipt of the parcel will be replaced within 14 working days of receipt of the parcel.
The customer must send photos of the damaged products and the shipping box by email to info@bluethunderbird.com mentioning their order number.
For all returns, please send the goods to the following address: Blue Thunderbird bvba, 8, Varenslaan, 1820 Steenokkerzeel, Belgium.
The return costs are exclusively at your expense.
The goods must be returned to us in perfect condition for resale and in their original unopened and unused packaging and blister pack, failing which the refund cannot be made.
All packages for which no element allows the identification of the sender (name, first name, e-mail, address, order number) cannot be taken back.
In accordance with Article VI.47 of the Economic Law Code, customers have a period of fourteen days from receipt of the goods to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to give reasons or pay penalties. No right of withdrawal exists in particular for products made according to specific requests of the customer or which, due to their nature, cannot be sent back or are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly.
The withdrawal period shall be observed if you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal within the period of fourteen days. The period is counted from the day of receipt of the products.
The notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal can be sent to us by e-mail to info@bluethunderbird.com or by post to Blue Thunderbird bvba, 8 Varenslaan, 1820 Steenokkerzeel, Belgium.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal within the period provided, the sums paid at the time of the order will be fully refunded by bank transfer depending on the method of payment used at the time of the online order and at the latest within thirty days following the date on which the right of withdrawal was exercised.
Returned packages take between 5 and 10 working days to be delivered to us after deposit. We advise you to keep your tracking numbers.
As soon as the package is received, our logistics department will process your package. You will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been approved.
